Welcome to my portfolio
My name is Iman C (aka ArtbyImsie), an illustrator based in Scotland, who studied at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, Dundee, receiving the degree of Bachelor of Design with Honours in Illustration in 2026.
My illustration style is simple, yet impactful, as I strive to explore a whole range of topics, ideas and genres in my work. I am particularly interested in those that promote human connection and understanding.
I am keen to work on a range of different projects and opportunities which will help me grow in skill and confidence as an illustrator and designer.

Experience and Accomplishments
2026:

Received the degree of Bachelor of Design with Honours in Illustration from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, Dundee.

Designer for University of Dundee's student publication, The Magdalen.
2023:

Commissioned by Historic Dunkeld to create their new logo.

Commissioned by a researcher to create a logo for their new research project "Birnam's Oak".
2021-2022:

Student at Creative Catalyst Scotland, social enterprise for creative young people. Since 2022 I'm part of their "Alumni Staff", providing occasional help at artist markets, bigger creative projects (such as murals) and kids art workshops.
